I'm a 30 y/o medic working at St Georges Hospital Tooting.
I enjoy going out to bars, restaurants, into cycling, snow sports and watersports. Would like a relaxed sociable Flatmate.

Looking for a male/female lodger to rent a furnished double room with bills included. Short to long term let available.

The flat is situated at the top of Beulah hill in a private quiet estate; The Woodlands. It's on the first floor so has nice green views with free onstreet parking.

The guest room is finished with a triple wardrobe, a brand new oak double bed, a desk & chair.

The rest of the flat is spacious and has good storage. The lounge/dinning room is bright and furnished to a high spec e. g the 3p Italian leather sofa. Fast wifi, now TV, Netflix all inc.

The bathroom and kitchen have underfloor heating with a separate toilet.

Access to overground rail is easy; 1 mile (15 min walk) to Gipsy Hill station, however easy access to multiple overground stations e. g. Crystal Palace & Norbury. Buses and night buss are excellent. The crystal palace triangle is only a 15 min walk where you can find a large Sainsburys and a collection of getrified bars and cafes.
