It is a 10-minute walk to Sydenham High Street where you can shop at many independent retailers such as butchers, fishmonger, greengrocer, health shop, cafes, coffee shops, bistro etc. You’ll also find antique & vintage shops, charity shops, banks, Post Office, Tesco, Lidl, a few pubs - plus Sainsbury’s, Mama Dough, Nando’s, and Pure Gym – which are sited next to Sydenham Train Station.

• The flat is a 10/12 minute walk to Sydenham Station – where you can take the London Overground (orange line) to Canada Water (which links directly to Jubilee Line) Shoreditch, Hoxton, Highbury & Islington & West Croydon.

• National Rail also runs from Sydenham Station – it takes you to London Bridge in 20 minutes, East Croydon, South Croydon, Streatham, Clapham Common, Battersea, London Victoria and many more!

• Also, Penge East Station, which is a short bus ride or 15-minute walk will take you to London Victoria in less than 20 minutes. From this station, you can also travel to Brixton, West Dulwich, Bromley South and Orpington etc. The trains run every 15 minutes from this station.

• If you’re travelling by BUS, then the 176, which runs 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, will take you from the end of my road into the West End of London. Also, Crystal Palace Bus Station is just a short bus ride / walk away.
