Perfect double room for a working individual (single occupancy only) who is interested in a flat share. Close to Sydenham & Crystal Palace stations; all bills included including Wi-Fi.

Please note, this advert is based on a home share, not a room share. However, the room already has various amenities. Such as furniture, TV and wifi.

Ideally I am looking for someone long term who is honest, friendly, respectful and great at communicating.

Things that are not included are meals and washing and ironing service (self service within home) however feel free to be proactive and do it yourself, the washing facilities and kitchen is available for use. Cleaning will also be your responsibility for your own space so please note that a clean home is a happy home.

Although this will be a shared basis please respect that this is a family home and at times our privacy will need to be respected.

Also, as this home is only occupied by myself and my daughter it would be preferable to have a woman share with us however males will not be exempt from consideration.
