Beautiful double room with balcony in Sydenham

A beautiful double room in our home on a leafy street near Forest Hill and Sydenham High Street. The room would be ideal for a professional or a student looking for a home in a calm neighbourhood with great transport links to central London.

The first-floor furnished room has a small balcony and a double bed. You would share a modernised shower room (there is also another bathroom in the house so no queues!) and a fully equipped kitchen with us. You would also have access to our garden.

You would share with a friendly, clean and respectful gay couple (33 and 35) and one other flatmate (25).

The nearest station is Sydenham (5 min walk away) with regular Overground trains connecting to the Tube at Canada Water. It is about 30 minutes to Waterloo and 35 minutes to Bond Street from our front door. On-street parking is also available in front of the house.

We have plenty of nice cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Also, East Dulwich and Peckham are just a short bus ride away. We are also spoiled with access to some of London's most beautiful parks: Wells Park, Mayow Park, Crystal Palace Park and Horniman Gardens are within a 10/15 min walk.

The rent includes all the bills.
