We have 2 bath/showers and 2 toilets a large well equipped kitchen diner (2 fridges, 2 sinks microwave et. c and a separate living room with rear garden seating and tables. Includes some bills ( council tax, fast wifi, water, cleaner) you pay electric and gas. House mates are happy to meet up as a group or let you do your own thing.
We are 4 minutes walk from Upton Park station (zone 3), Green Street and very close to buses into stratford and other shops.
We are friendly housemates and are all working professionals or mature student.
