Hey everyone - We've found an amazing house in E13 0QS to move into early December and are looking for a third person to take the last room.
Price: £500, bills probably around £70, deposit is one months rent (housing benefit should be fine, references not needed etc)
About us: 2 women in our mid twenties, both working in left wing politics. We're both sociable and enjoy going to the pub, watching trash tv, sitting around reading and getting out and about. We'll both be working from home for a while and will be using the living room as a work from home space. We're generally tidy people and hope everyone will pitch in but won't expect everything to be perfect all the time, as we all have busy lives and more interesting things to do at times. Generally easy going and love a good political discussion from time to time.
About you: we're looking for a friendly person who is up for socialising (but obviously we'll all be doing our own thing at times as well). If everything above sounds good to you then I'm sure we'll get on fine.
About the room: A small double. The smallest of 3 rooms which is reflected in the price. It has a built in wardrobe and storage with a raised bed and storage underneath.
The house: the house is honestly amazing with a beautiful open plan kitchen living room. Theres lots of hidden storage including under the window seat, cupboards in the hallways etc. Theres also a sofa bed in the living room for people to stay over. Theres a small garden with loads of plants, a table and seating area. Its south facing so would be amazing in the summer. Theres 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite so you'd only be sharing with 1 other person.
Accessibility: flat is on the first floor with a small staircase up and then another down to the garden area (about 10 steps). The room also has a raised bed. There's no lift in the building unfortunately. There is an intercom.
