Your Room

Hello potential housemate! We have a lovely double room with plenty of sunshine and a nice view, available in a sociable house in central London.

The house is located on the edge of a quiet road with no traffic noise from the main road within a friendly, well looked after neighbourhood. Public transport is easy with the closest bus stop located 2min away and will take you to Trafalgar Square in 20m. The nearest tube stations: Nine Elms is 5min walking, Stockwell is 10min, whilst Vauxhall is 12 min.

The house has a living room, spacious kitchen and a roof terrace. The room is bright, comes with ample storage and a double bed, desk, sofa, drawers, ideal if you are currently working from home. The room is accessed via a ladder, but once in its cosy and secure, so you have to be mindful of this. Bills are included in the price specified on the advert.

Please note that this is a short term renting period for 6 weeks starting in the middle of April until the end of May.

The refurbished kitchen is equipped to a very high standard, comes with all the essential appliances plus a dishwasher. We enjoy getting together within our living room with comfy sofas, TV paired with full Sky package and a collection of board games provide entertainment in the evenings. The terrace is perfect for enjoying sun with a cold beer and BBQ’s during chilled summer evenings listening to music.

You will be sharing with respectful but also fun professionals. Up for a take away, film night or a drink. We aim to achieve a friendly atmosphere, where you can relax and feel like home.
