Available from 05th January 20, a fully furnished apartment in St George Wharf development on the River Thames, just one minute walk from Vauxhall underground/bus and train stations.

No letting fee involved. The flat is situated in first floor and consists of two double bedrooms (one with en-suite) and one main bathroom, big Livingroom and a balcony, good size kitchen which is fully furnished including dishwasher and washer and dryer. Either one of the bedrooms is available.

The en-suite bedroom comes with built-in wardrobe and one bedside table and one dressing table, large double bed and a big shower room. The other smaller room comes with wardrobes and chest of draws and a double bed.

Bills are included as well. (Council tax, Sky in living room, TV licence, electricity, fast broadband and water) A cleaner once in a month is an optional extra.

About St George wharf complex, The building has its own secure car park which is available at additional cost, 24 hour concierge which is perfect for your amazon orders etc….the building is 1 min away from Vauxhall train, tube, bus stations and the Thames Clipper boat service which provides fast transportation to various stops along the Thames including Canary Wharf and London Bridge.
