Room to rent in a private flat.
I am a 33 year old city professional who travels a lot for work. I keep the place really clean and tidy
All bills included except gas and electric - you would be expected to pay half of that.
Deposit is 6 weeks rent which is fully refundable
Minimum is a 2 month stay.
The place is 7 mins walks to Vauxhall tube and about the same to Stockwell. It has a huge Sainsbury's 2 mins walks from the front door ! Vauxhall is well connected - it has an overground, bus station and underground.
Vauxhall to Waterloo takes less than 5 mins via the overground.
The kitchen, bathroom and living room have recently been refurbished.
Im looking for someone who needs a comfortable place to live and is respectful of the place.
