Hi there! If you're looking for a short term rental in a cosy and central spot, this one could work! I own the flat and have moved to the USA, and will be selling up in June - would love to have tenants in the flat between now and then!
I still have my possessions in the flat (mostly packed away!, and one of the bedrooms is clear of things), so this would suit someone who isn't in need of lots of storage.

Lovely ground floor flat, 7 min from Vauxhall tube (Victoria line, zone 1).

Currently both of the 2 rooms are set up as bedrooms (no living room).
Cosy eat-in kitchen.
Good storage available (even with some of it taken up with my possessions!)

1 month’s rent as deposit plus first month rent paid up front.

Ideally I will find someone looking to stay for the full period between now and end May.

Accessibility: Quiet, warm and peaceful space. Good level of sound-proofing between rooms. A safe estate with helpful neighbours. All rooms on ground floor, one step up to enter flat, own entrance. Doorway widths standard, door knockers, no phone entry system, no special adjustments for wheelchairs or visual/hearing impairment adaptations. Not great for the dust sensitive. Please ask about any further accessibility needs.
