Recently renovated flat in the beautiful & quiet Bonnington Square, a leafy haven in the centre of London with a cafe, local restaurant, parks and community gardens less than a 2 minute walk away. The open kitchen and sitting room leads onto the garden ( as does the the spare bedroom.) 5 mins walk from Vauxhall tube, and about 10 mins from Oval . A lot of the original features kept, including stained glass windows and doors.

I'd love to find someone for approximately 8 week days a month. Somone who fancies sharing a bbq or glass of wine from time to time but who also appreciates having their own space.

The flat has all the amenities:
- washer/ dryer
- dishwasher
- bath & shower
- TV
- furnished with wooden floors & underfloor heating
- bedroom with 2 built-in wardrobes, bed, mirror, bedside tables & shelving
- new kitchen appliances
- large kitchen table ()

All bills included (internet, electricity, water, council tax. Monthly supplement of £70 for a couple.)
