We are currently 2 person living in the flat plus my 5 years old cat called Ross.
Jack and myself are both professionals, respectful, quiet and tidy, so it’s not a party flat.
The rent is £850 monthly and all bills are included, cleaning in the common areas are also included and the security deposit is £400.
The room is available now as my previous flatmate had to leave in an emergency way.
