3 other guys currently living in the flat. All working professionally and very easy going, often keen to have a couple of beers in the garden/BBQ or watching the football in the living room, but all have their own lives as well so respect having your own space.
Rent for the room is £765 a month, Bills come to about £65 and council tax is £28. Found it extremely good value for how central and well connected the flat is. Nice landlord as well, will fix and replace most things eg, we recently got a new oven in the flat.
You’re not tied into any lengthy contract, instead he is happy for you to just find your own replacement when you need to move.
