Single room available -charming area near Vauxhall

Roommates wanted! Lease start date 1st November.

We are Pablo (30), Maria (28) and Maria (32), and we’re looking for a lovely flatmate to replace our current flatmate who sadly moves out of London in a few weeks.

About us:
We are creative people: Pablo is a type designer, Maria is a midwife and the other Maria is a copywriter. Some of us work from home due to corona - we spend more time now at home than we did BC (before covid), but we’re always up for an outdoorsy plan, like going to museums and art galleries, having a walk along the Southbank (20 mins walk to London Eye) or having a picnic in our community garden.
We like doing lots of things: Pablo does calligraphy and climbing, Maria is learning guitar and she’s a fan of Pilates. We cook A LOT, we host dinners (Spanish recipes included), love a Netflix marathon, and make the most of our roof terrace and community garden.

Bonus points: we’re VERY clean, non-smokers and super friendly :)

About the house/neighbourhood:
We live in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in London - you can look up Bonnington Square in Google. It’s a very quiet residential area, with live music every Friday during lockdown (it was even featured in The Guardian!), a little corner-shop where you can go and grab a coffee on your PJs, and beautiful community gardens, lovely neighbours, green spaces, trees and plants of all kinds.

Our house is perfect for lockdowns: we have an amazing roof-terrace with sun loungers and there’s a big open-space living room and kitchen for a board-game rainy Sunday. Sadly no pets allowed.

BILLS: please keep in mind that bills will be around £100 a month extra (not included in the prices shown below). Bills include: broadband, council tax, electricity, gas and water.

About the room: SINGLE £600 pcm
Between you and us: the room is small - but we’re sure the rest of the house will make it up to you. As you can see in the picture, there’s space for a double bed, a dresser, a bedside table and a few shelves on the wall. The good news is that the room next door is all yours to have all your clothes and personal stuff (bigger than anybody’s wardrobe).

The room was painted a few months ago, and the double mattress is brand new.

About you:
You’re between 25-35 and you describe yourself as clean, friendly, easy to live with, and respectful (brownie points if you’re fun!).
You want to live in a place that you can call “home”.
You want to have your own space but socialise a bit, too.
And last but not least, you are aware of the current pandemic situation in terms of being responsible and not bringing the virus home - we don’t want to feel uncomfortable in our own home.
