** About the house**

The room has loads of storage space, a wardrobe, two sets of drawers and a large cube storage unit. Comes with a memory foam mattress. It's nice and quiet and has double (blackout) blinds.

The house is very close to central London and loads of great local amenities, short walks to both Vauxhall and Stockwell underground, as well as the new nine elms station. The house is big & comfortable with two bathrooms, a shared well equipped kitchen and lounge, an enclosed garden with a lockable storage unit (great for bikes!), a fire pit, garden furniture and a little vegetable patch if you are keen to try your hand at a bit of urban gardening.

We are looking for people who are like minded who will enjoy being part of a lovely house share, we are sociable and while we like to hang out together we also recognise the need for downtime. We are keen to find someone who is a good fit and will enjoy the house as much as we have. We are clean and tidy - and share household tasks amongst ourselves.

*The Housemates*

Paul and Jason are the two housemates and are super easy going, tidy and great to live with. They love cooking and finding great places to eat. Paul is working in an office and Jason is working from home at the moment.

I am leaving due to a job change - taking me to the mean streets of....Luton. So its a reluctant move from a lovely house to be a bit closer to my new office. I have lived at the house for 6 years which is a testament to its homely-ness.

** Bills **

The bills come to around £80 a month and include water, gas, electric, internet, tv licence, council tax and a general house fund for communal stuff like cleaning materials, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, loo roll etc.
