I am looking for for someone to take over my bedroom in our three bedroom house.

A little bit about the room;
- Double bed (in fact slightly larger than your normal double)
- Ensuite bathroom (toilet, bath, shower, and wash basin)
- A lot of storage in the in-build cupboards
- Desk in the bedroom in the pictures is mine and will be gone by the move-in date

A little bit about the house:
- Ground floor flat with two floors, top floor has the kitchen, living room/dining room, a bathroom and the door that leads to the garden.
- bottom floor has the three bedrooms, including the ensuite one
- Pretty much everything is there and furnished furnished, and the TV is new as well.

Location:
- About 4 min walk away from Vauxhall station, so extremely close
- About 10 min walk to Nine Elms tube station
- 10 min walk to either the big Waitrose or 5 min to the big Sainsbury's

Rent:
- Deposit is 500£
- Rent is 900£ per calendar month inclusive of all bills (including cleaner, water, broadband, etc.)

We have a cleaner that comes once a week and does a thorough clean of the house.

Broadband is fiber-optic and very fast.
