Vauxhall - Zone One.
Single occupancy (not suitable for a couple). Close to Vauxhall tube, train and bus station- Zone One. Also close to Oval and Kennington tube stations- Zone Two.
Very good bus links.
Walking distance to Houses of Parliament, easy links to the city and West End.
There will be periods of time where I need to be here between my living in Spain (due to Brexit rules). So probably I’d be around two or three times in a year. I leave for Spain on the 4th of April and will be there 3 months (Brexit 90 day rule). I may be able to extend this, otherwise, I’ll return for 3 months and then back to Spain, in line with Brexit rules. Otherwise you will only be sharing with one other 28 year old professional female.
I will be in the lounge room when I’m around.
I have two dogs who travel with me and they will be with me when I’m in London.
New boiler - WiFi included
BILLS TO PAY:
share of gas (pre pay meter) and electric only.
Previous lodgers seemed to have spent around £40 per person for both gas and electric in winter - less in summer.
