Double room in Vauxhall very close to the river!

Double room in a spacious, luminous flat sharing with 2 people. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe.. All windows have double glazing.

The flat is on the first floor of a beautiful grade III listed building, it has a big living room with sofas; a kitchen with all mod cons and a dinner table with 5 chairs; the three bedrooms and a bathroom.

The building is about a 2 minute walk from Vauxhall station (train/tube/bus) and about 5 minutes from the river Thames. It's on the border of zones 1 and 2 which means it's really easy to get around the city.

Rent is £700 per calendar month. All bills are included except cable + internet which is £12 per person per month paid to Anne. Deposit is £700 to be paid to me, outgoing tenant. 2 satisfactory references will be required before the tenant moves in. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. The move in date is listed as 1st August 2020 but it is flexible.

You'll be living with Anne, a teacher, and Ian, a chef. Both lovely people who enjoy a drink together but also respect everyone's privacy. We are looking for someone that is laid-back, and friendly, happy to come home and share dinner or a drink with us. We are not very strict with cleaning rotas or the like but we do share the responsibility for it as well as the expenses of items of common use such as toilet paper, soap, etc.
