Two big double rooms available asap

Looking to fill two rooms ASAP in this 3 bed Vauxhall flat!

I'm a 24 year old postgraduate art student studying in central London, so the location of the flat is ideal. Most of my free time is spent drawing, painting, sculpture etc for my degree, but I also enjoy going to live music, cooking, and going to exhibitions.

The rooms are really spacious and sunny, and come fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair.
The flat is really convenient for journeys to central London, as it's on the Victoria line and only about a 5 minute walk from Vauxhall station, with busses that go from right outside the house.
There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, a few gyms and pubs, and there's a giant Sainsbury's superstore (also has an Argos and Starbucks in it lol) literally just a few steps from the front door.

The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, microwave, kettle etc (basically everything you'd need). The shared spaces are admittedly small, but the size of the bedrooms makes up for it, and the kitchen is still a pretty nice space to sit and have a cup of tea, chat, eat dinner etc. There's also a balcony (attached to my bedroom but people are welcome to use it too) which is lovely to sit out on when the sun is shining!

The flat has been decorated really nicely by the two previous tenants, so it has a really homely and creative atmosphere, and is really nice and relaxing to come home to.
I work pretty hard at uni and keep a 9-5ish schedule, so I'm ideally looking for people who want a calm, peaceful atmosphere in the flat, where people are happy to chat or have a cup of tea and respect one another's work schedules/privacy/space etc.

Bills are only £30-40 a month, plus £10 for Internet, so they're pretty cheap.
