- 2 minute walk to Larkhall Park
- 5 minutes walk to Wandsworth Road - full of cafe's and restaurants as well as a large Tesco and Sainsbury’s, Pure Gym and the Southbank club gym and squash club.
- For nightlife there is of course the Swan but if that isn't to your taste then it is only a 5-10 minute bus to the popular Clapham and Brixton areas.

Transport:
- 5 minutes from Stockwell Tube which has easy access to the city via Victoria/Northern lines, for example Oxford Circus in 10 minutes and London Bridge in 15-20 minutes.
- 5 minute tube to Brixton/Clapham.
- 10-15 minutes bus to Clapham Junction.

Double room available in a shared three-bedroom house and a great location five minutes from Stockwell tube. The flat is well looked after, and a new kitchen was fitted within the last year. We have a large shared lounge, garden and some garage storage. The room is available as one of the tenants is moving in with his girlfriend.

We're both professionals, we get on well, into sport, music, TV, films, food, drink etc. Just looking for someone like-minded and fairly tidy to live with.
