Large double bedroom in friendly 4 person house
We’re looking for a new housemate to join our easy going house. At the moment we’re a house of two guys and one girl: Tom, Thomas and Ines, and we’re open to a male or female housemate.
Our house was fully renovated just over a year ago and is located in the heart of London a stone throws away from Stockwell & Vauxhaull station (Northern and Victoria).
There are 4 bedrooms in the house with double beds and memory foam mattresses, wardrobe, chair and chest of draws. (Every room is the same size)
This particular room also has a huge dressing table and chair (which can be removed upon request)
The kitchen contains a breakfast bar, state of the art oven, fridge, granite surface and modern concept design.
The living room is large, with two sofas, and a dining table. It backs onto a garden with benches for summer BBQ's.
There are two modern recently fitted bathrooms with chrome fittings, bath and shower, and tiling with underfloor heating.
Location wise you could not ask for better in regards to potential and location. Backing onto the brand new upmarket 9 Elms development and the recently built American Embassy. Shops include a large Sainsbury, CoOp and Tesco all within walking distance.
Bills are approximately £75 per month. We also have a lovely cleaner who cleans the communal areas in the house every Saturday for 2 hours. (Each housemate pays £5 a week for this).
If you’re interested in joining our house, please get in contact ASAP!
