Fantastic double in central house share

I'm leaving my great room in Stockwell to re-locate, and it is available ASAP. The deposit is a reasonable one month's rent, so you don't have to scrabble for thousands of pounds to move in!

The room is on the top floor, next to the bathroom (there are two, so never any competition in the morning) and has a large double bed, wardrobe, two chests of drawers and a full-length mirror.

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, huge kitchen with dining table, gas cooker etc, and a massive sitting room with two big sofas and a big TV. The kitchen opens out on to the garden too, so ideal for BBQs when the weather perks up a bit! There is a downstairs loo and a bathroom upstairs with a big power shower and underfloor heating.

It is very easy to get around - bus stop at the end of the road has buses 24hrs that takes you directly to Oxford Circus/Camden/Brixton/Soho/Cla pham and the house is about a 5-7 minute walk from both Stockwell and Vauxhall - you couldn't really ask for a better connected place!

Stockwell is a great area - the house is on a quiet residential street, but less than 2 mins away there is a Co-Op, The Canton Arms (fantastic pub) and a new pizza place called Stockwell Continental. A massive Sainsburys (the biggest one I've ever seen in London!) is a 5 min walk away, so you're really spoiled for choice - there's a big Waitrose at Vauxhall too.

Iain and Susan (current flatmates) are lovely and very easy to get along with and happy to share a drink in the garden and watch some trashy TV (RuPaul anyone?!)
