Since my flatmate is moving back to Scotland and I will be moving in with my boyfriend, hence our lovely two-bedroom flat is available from 1st April.

Room 1: Master bedroom

King size bed with fresh new mattress, and under bed storage space is available. There is a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, a swirl chair, a proper bookshelf and a super big home office table with lots of storage space.

Room 2: Double bedroom

Living room:

Big TV, dining table, four wooden chairs, a large sofa, tea table, I changed the rug last year :) and some accessories to make sure your life won't be bored with basics.

Kitchen:

OMG my favourite part of the house! We basically have everything here, and you are welcome to bring in your own stuff. Lots of quality knives, cateries and applicants, dishwasher, bosch products ( oven, hobs, and washing machine), we even have a bbq grill sits in the balcony! Plus I am super flexible, either I will leave those stuff there, or I can get rid off them for you.

Toilet and bathroom are separated, there is a bathtub, storage shelves in the bathroom. No traffic in the morning. We had a professional cleaner in the past, so you don't need to worry about anything.

I must say it is a perfect place for not only self-isolating (jokes) given it only takes five seconds (if you run ) to the riverbank, but also there are two lovely pubs downstairs from the riverside (have some faith, my friends!). Warwick way is only five mins' walk so that you will find A Wong, Rosa's Thai, Nando's and a super big sainsbury's/argos, a small Tesco and a little Waitrose. Plus a Tesco is downstairs. Rumour says it, and we also have the no.10 best fish&chips in London here called Seafresh restaurant.

Transportation wise, Pimlico (currently closed due to the containment) station is 10 mins walk, Victoria is 15 mins walk. Tate Britain is 15 mins walk... why do you need to go to your office right now? Don't be suspicious and take care of yourself.

Rent: Master bedroom is 1250pm, the double bedroom is 1150pm. You don't have to pay anything apart from this! But you do need to bring your toilet rolls when you move in :) It used to be a council flat however we bought it a few years ago and refurbished it. Plus I am always here if you need any help.

The rent is negotiable. However, you won't find any whole flat in central London is currently available with such excellent hygiene, location, rent and lovely landlord :p
