I am leaving London at the end of August and I am looking for a new tenant to replace me.

Rent includes ALL bills, internet and a cleaning lady coming every 10-14 days for the common areas. 1 month deposit.

Location (by walk):
- 1 mins from Sainsbury's Local
- 5 mins from Pimlico Station, 7mins from St. James's Park Station and 10mins from Victoria
- 25 mins from by walk from Green park or Trafalgar Square
- plenty of buses
- very nice parks near by

About the flat:
- renovation work was done 3 months ago so it is all brand new.
- the whole building also had very recent renovation (it finished last week!!), so it's all beautiful and clean.

About the room:
- confortable bed
- wooden floor
- a lot of storage
- I will give away some of my stuff such as pillows, duvet and items I bought when I entered the flat!

About the roommates:
- They are pretty independent and work a lot but enjoy talking and sharing a good plate of pasta (Beatrice, one of the roommate is Italian and cooks really nice ones!) when we are home together at the same time ! :)
