Flatmates: Two social young professional guys, have both lived in this flat for over a year:
Yves-Amaury (Yvam for short) is from Paris, works in trading operations and enjoys good food and gaming.
I (Anand) am London born, work in real estate, and enjoy films (always up for a movie night), pub nights and playing field hockey.

We usually socialize outside the flat but are happy to grab a drink / cup of tea / do a movie night on the weekends!

Rent: £850 per month rent + c. £80 per month total bills (incl. wifi, council tax, gas & electric etc...) = c. £930 per month all-in
