Its a first floor flat with lift. There's lots of light in the room. The flat is maintained clean with a fully equipped kitchen.
Smokers are fine but we smoke outside.
Bills and internet are included in the rent and it's one month's deposit with references needed.
I'm really quiet to live with and I'm friendly and open to all sorts of people. I like a nice atmosphere in the house although privacy and space is always respected.
The room would be great for a working person who needs good transport links to Victoria/Pimlico or even Vauxhall station which is not very far away.
