We are seeking a new flatmate for our friendly and relaxed house just 8 minutes walk from Victoria station.
- Why are we looking? -
One of our flatmates is moving out to live with his girlfriend and as such we will have a space in October/November 2020.
- How much are we talking? -
Rent is £685 for the room itself. Bills vary month to month from £25 - £50 depending on the month! On average it is £720 per month.
- What is the house like? -
Being on the ground floor of our building we have the benefit of having two stories plus a great outdoor space. There are 3 bedrooms in total, with one bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet. We have a shared living room which comfortably fits all of us around the TV of an evening. A small home-office set up is also in the living room.
- Meet the housemates! -
I am Lily, and I will be moving into the room that our departing housemate has. You would be moving into my old room! I love crocheting and order uber eats too often.
Amy & Jack are a couple who live in the master bedroom. They are lovely and chatty and we all get along very well - often winding down with a drink and a game of crash bandicoot/mario kart/fall guys of an evening!
We are all working full time from home 9-5 with weekends off.
- You/your room -
We are looking for someone who we can get along with and will fit in with the friendly vibe of the flat.
The room on offer has a double bed, a bedside table and chest of drawers included. There is a good sized built-in wardrobe for hanging clothes and other personal belongings. Unfortunately the room does not fit a desk. If you would need to work from home, we can discuss how this could work with having a desk in the living room space - so don't let that deter you!
- The location -
We are so close to Victoria station (National Rail, Victoria Line, District & Circle Lines) it is just so easy to get around! Other stations within 15 minutes walk are Pimlico (Victoria Line) and Sloane Square (District & Circle Lines).
Buckingham palace is a 20 minute walk away, oxford circus a 40 minute walk away, and battersea park only 10 minutes away. 10 minutes walk away is a big sainsburys which makes food shopping very easy. There are lots of gyms/cafes/restaurants around, too.
