The flat is on the 6th floor and has a balcony, large living room with kitchen and two bathrooms.

There is a free gym for tenants within the building which you can use! There is also a concierge that can collect your deliveries when you are not at home.

The flat is literally 2 mins walk from Royal Victoria DLR station, with quick access to Canning Town tube station for the Jubilee line. Custom House station is 3 mins walk with access to the new Crossrail line taking you to London city centre in 12mins.

You will share with the flat with me. I work full time and I am very respectful. I work late most nights.

Your room is furnished with a double bed, drawers and a cupboard and you will have a separate bathroom as well as access to the common areas of the flat.

Your rent will be £700 per month excluding bills. The contract with the agency is for 6 months with an option to renew for another 6 or 12 months.

£30 electricity
£60 council
£12.5 water

It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking. There are plenty of local shops nearby and public transportation is good. The area is very safe and vibrant, ExCel and O2 Arena is literally 10 mins away.
