Located in Zone 3, very close to the DLR (5 mins walk to either Royal Victoria or West Silvertown) and with easy access to the Jubilee line (12 mins walk), it takes 20 to 30 minutes to get into the City and Central London. Cycle commuting is possible along the cycle superhighway, and the Emirates Airline across the Thames is a 5 minute walk.

It is easy to reach Hackney/Dalston/Central for pubs/bars or Stratford for shopping/cinema/canal etc. There is also a local Tesco a 5 minute walk away as well as other shops, cafes, dry cleaners, restaurants, and bars on the waterfront. In the summer there is a beach, and water sports from wake-boarding to paddle boarding in the dock.

Rent is technically £1625 per month, but given the recent changes in the rental market, we're happy to reimburse new tenants to bring the rent down to £1565 per month.
