Me and my housemate are looking at moving into this property in December (currently 30th Dec but this may change to earlier in the month) and need to find a couple (or individual with a big budget) to take over one of the rooms.
It is the biggest room in the house and has an en suite and walk in wardrobe. It has big windows and is at the top of the house, so you have the top floor.
The whole house is finished to a really nice standard, it has a big kitchen/dining room and a double living room. Then there's also a big conservatory that opens up onto a garden and the garden backs onto the park. It really is a lovely location!
You will be living with me Sophia, a 26 year old photographer and Stephen, a 28 year old business director. We're both really chilled, considerate and get on really well (we've lived together for 3 years) so it would be great to find a housemate/couple that fits in with that. This is going to be our home! It's not just a room.
Oh and you will have to be ok with Quincy Jones, my cat :)
If the above sounds of interest to you, please do get in touch as we'd like to sort it out ASAP.
Please note you will have to pass reference checks.
