I have a double room to let in my flat in the fantastic Victoria Park area for a short term let until September while I go through the process of selling the flat. I will also be working away during the week and back at weekends.
It's a lovely area to stay; Victoria Park is just behind the flat, there are great pubs and restaurants at the end of the road and Broadway Market and London Fields are a short walk away.
I usually spend my evenings swimming at the Lido, going to pilates, watching a boxset, cooking or listening to music.
Rent is £800 a month including all bills, council tax and broadband or I can do a weekly rate if that's more convenient.
