The flat is split level on the top floor of a Victorian terraced property. I have recently renovated the flat, its bright, cosy and contemporary. The bedroom fills will natural light and is lovely and quiet, overlooking the back. It comes furnished with a bed, small chest of drawers & a clothes rail.

The flat is is shared with just myself. I am clean and tidy, friendly and down to earth. Respectful and considerate of others space but also sociable. I'm always happy to have a chat, at the end of the day, but also considerate of one’s privacy. I am looking for a housemate who is also similar.

I work full time but spend my evenings trying to fit in exercising, socialising, occasionally working late or chilling in front of the TV, laptop or a book.

Based in the buzzing Walthamstow with great transport links. The flat is a 8-10 minute walk to Blackhorse Road (Victoria line and overground) and a 3 minute walk to St James St (overground) which takes you through east London and to Liverpool street in 18 minutes.
Door to door you can be in Kings Cross in 25 minutes, Liverpool Street in 20 minutes and Oxford Circus in 30 minutes.
