Walthamstow Central underground is 10 minutes away by walk, and Walthamstow Village - with its churchyard, museum, historic buildings and excellent pubs and restaurants is even nearer.

I am a live-out landlady,, but do my utmost to sort any problems out asap. In ten years of owning the flat, I have had only one change of tenant, and we are parting on excellent terms.
I am looking for two professional sharers = this could be three if they are one household' ie related/family - who will look after the property, and be as happy in this warm and pretty flat as my departing tenants say they have been.
