Sunny Large Double Room

Hello,

we are looking for a new flatmate for a sunny double room in our 4 bedroom house since our current flatmate is moving in with her partner. The room comes unfurnished!!

We are two boys and one girl working in photography, illustration and one of us is doing his masters in economics while working a dayjob.

We are a friendly, independent bunch looking for somebody who likes to have the random chat but is ok with our irregular work schedules as well.

Our house is newly renovated and we would like to find somebody that doesn't mind keeping the place tidy.

We got a huge living room, large modern kitchen ( including fridge, oven, washing mashine and dish washer!!) and a massive bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The house has got a small plastered garden for bbqs in the summer.

We are living approx 15 min from Walthamstow Central with plenty of shops within 5-10 min walk( tesco express, postoffice, Organic groceries, Turkish supermarket, diy store, etc...).
From Walthamstow Central the Victoria Line takes you in approx 30 min to London Central.

The room is advertised for the 1st of January but if necessary we can discuss and earlier move in date.

The rent is 510 pounds per month plus approx 65 pounds in bills (water, gas, council tax, virgin fibre optic internet)
