Lots of shared spaces (beautiful living room, open planned kitchen/diner, bathroom & conservatory (chill space/home gym) with friendly, clean and easy going housemates.
Just undertaken a refurb In Feb throughout the house with newly fitted bathroom and kitchen.
Great transport links 5 minute bus journey to either Walthamstow Central or Blackhorse Road (zone 3) or a 12-15 minute walk. Can be at Kings Cross Station within 30 minutes or Liverpool Street Station within 35 minutes door to door via Victoria Line / Overground. 1 min walk away from the 123 bus stop.
About us:
Living with a couple, aged 30-32 working in technology and social work. We’re quite sociable individuals, enjoy conversation and equally a bit of privacy - definitely past our younger party days! We are considerate and would like to have an equally considerate housemate.
One of us has 2 lovely boys (aged 10 & 7) who stays every other weekend, so you’d need to be comfortable seeing young faces on occasion.
We like to keep our space clean and tidy and also enjoy playing music, cooking, drinking the occasional glass of wine and watching dramas.
