Our lovely 2/3 bedroom duplex flat is available to rent short term. Minimum of 2 months and up to 3/4 months. We are selling the flat so it’s available until that completes. Hence the low monthly price we are asking for - we just want to cover our costs and find a respectful short term tenant.

Please note we have now emptied the flat - so it looks different to the photos. We have left a bed and a sofa and the tv. So will need furnishings.

The flat is very near St James Street Station - so Liverpool Street and Hackney are close by. Or you can get the bus in 4 minutes to Blackhorse Road for the Victoria line.

It's a great area with loads of shops - and green areas nearby. For walking and running the Walthamstow Marshes are very close by, and you can walk all down the canal into Hackney Wick, Victoria Park and London Fields.

The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor - you have a large open plan kitchen and dining room - plus a double room with large window.

On the top floor you have the bathroom, a double room and an office (or small double bedroom).

It would suit a professional couple - or two single sharers. Clean, tidy and respectable.

As you can see from the photos it's very nice. The flat comes only part furnished. One double bed, a sofa, and the kitchen island remain.
