Double bedroom with private bathroom for rent

Hi everyone,

My current housemate is moving so a nice and spacious double bedroom will be available from the 5th of September.

You will be living in a 3-bed house with garden. The 3rd bedroom is a spare bedroom which can be used for guests, laundry room. You have your own private bathroom downstairs with bath and toilet. There's a spacious living room with an attached dining room.

Bills are not included.
Council tax, electricity, gas and water are roughly £150 per person.

The house is located on Myrtle Road, Walthamstow, with the Overground from St James only 8 minutes away on foot and bus 158 to Blackhorse Road (Victoria Line) right around the corner.

The Walthamstow Wetlands and Marshes are close by and Walthamstow mall as well. There is a small Coop around the corner a bigger Sainsburys, Aldi and Tesco are each within a 20-minute walk.

You will be living with me as your only housemate, I'm 33 years young and work in post-production. I like to go climbing, and cycling in my spare time but definitely like to relax at home as well.
