Cosy rooms in Walthamstow Village

THE ROOMS ARE NOT TO BE RENTED SEPARATELY

Hi,
I am mostly looking for 1 person in needs of a large space.
The video only show one room simply because i am not allowed to post a second video. But there are 2 rooms.
one large room and a mezzanine.

£900 pounds per month for the whole space.

The mezzanine can then be used as a sitting room, study room, work room or vice versa it can be the coziness of the top room that you will like for your nights and the bright room for study/work etc. or vice versa.

IT CAN ALSO BE RENTED FOR 2 FEMALES FRIENDS OR RELATIVES but SINGLE USE ONLY to share 2 rooms in a lovely house with garden.

£700 each room.

As per pictures it's a large room and a big mezzanine so which means that the rooms are CONNECTED TO EACH OTHER AND SEPARATED PER A STAIRCAISE AND CURTAIN AT THE BOTTOM. So you have to be comfortable with the other person as there will be less privacy. it works well with students/friends. I rented many times in the past for short let of 6 months to students.

The village is a very trendy and lively place to live in. Tube near by, 10 min walk. Local shops as well as pubs and fine restaurants. forest and hospital round the corner. Market and shopping center. Trendy boutiques on the high street and organic market on Sundays.

Wi-Fi available and washing machine. fully furnished with studying tables and chairs if necessary. equipped with wardrobes and chest drawers in both rooms.

There are 2 cats in the house and i live in the property.
Although there are 2 cats the house is maintain with high standard of cleanliness and i am looking for someone with similar values.

Would like to share my space with friendly, very clean and respectful people. Cat lovers essential! as they will try to follow you in your room and ask for cuddles!
