Mon-Fri Only E17 Small Double For Vegan/Vegetarian

I have a cozy double room available in my lovely Warner-flat in Leucha Road. It’s situated in tube zone 3, a stone’s throw from Walthamstow High Street, St. James’ Street overground station and Blackhorse Road tube. It also comes with easy access access to the A406/M25/M11 and numerous regular/reliable London bus routes a few minutes’ walk away. Vehicles can be parked on the street, for which we have a parking permit account, costing a fraction of what the parking meters charge. All bills are included in room price, no hidden extras!

The flat is spacious, neutral in decor with 3 bedrooms. The room available is the smallest bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table. The bed’s base is a full divan ottoman storage base and there are two large shelves in the room, providing this small room with an abundance of storage!

The kitchen/diner is modern and stylish incl. a table with four chairs, and leads to a balcony on which there is a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Balcony steps take you down to a lovely, little garden with a small fire pit.

The living room is stylish with a large tv and wireless broadband. The house also has a good-sized bathroom.

You will be sharing with myself and one other. I am cabin crew so you will benefit from my frequent absence. I am a vegan and would prefer to find fellow vegans, vegetarian at a push! I’m very clean and tidy and looking for someone similar. The room would not be suitable for someone who works from home - when I am on rest days at home from work, very very occasionally wfh would be ok, but any more frequently than that would not. Please also note this is not a party house.
