Beautiful flat in Walthamstow Village

My wonderful flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I'm looking for someone to take her place! I have a large double room avaliable from mid-July in a beautiful two bed flat in Walthamstow village, just a three minute walk from Walthamstow Central tube.

The flat is bright and sunny with big windows that open onto the roof and a shared living-room and bathroom. Our landlord is a dream, and we have a great relationship - with him just a whatsap away if needed.

The flat is fully furnished, apart from needing a bed - although we could potentially speak to the landlord if you don't have your own! The room avaliable is large, with plenty of space for a desk and all the activities.

You'd be sharing with me, a 30 year old PR professional from Scotland. I work at least three days a week in the office, and often have social plans in the evening and weekends, but equally enjoy a quiet night in with a couple of glasses of wine and good food. I'd ideally like a flatmate who is likeminded and wouldn't say no to the occassional glass of wine after work, and doesn't mind the occassional dinner party. This flat is definitely a sociable space but not a party flat!

The photos are from before I moved in, so the flat has changed a little in terms of decor - with the new flatmate absolutely free to add their own touches to the space to make it their own.
