The house has a modern kitchen which includes gas hob, electric oven, microwave, American fridge freezer and drinks fridge; as well as separate utility room. The Lounge has a large flat screen TV. (Remote video viewing can be arranged)
Council Tax, water rates and basic home insurance are INCLUDED. Utilities/Internet are not and come in at around £40 per person per month. BT fibre 350mb - best internet in the country
Transport:
Walthamstow Central is 10-15 minutes walk or 4-5 minutes on the bus. The bus stop is 50 yards from the house and is served by #34, #97, #N26, #357, #215, #N76.
