About us : if we were a cartoon we would be an hyperactive Art geek slightly goofy and a sweet tattooed puppy fan of hard rock/metal/punk with a questionable sense of humour... (well, that apply for the both of us)

About your future Home:
The flat is actually closer to Clapton than Walthamstow, 15min bus to Hackney Central and 10 to Hackney Down. Bus stop near the flat.
Only few stops to trendy Chatsworth road, It is a 5 min walk to Lea Bridge station too (which is only one stop to Stratford),15/20 minutes to Walthamstow Central (Victoria line).
The flat is warm and comfy, with a homy feeling, just like its tenants ;) it has a clean bathroom with bath and shower, outdoor sitting area with BBQ and a quiet back garden.
The area is quiet with plenty of local amenities, with an Aldi supermarket down the road (open late and weekends).
Well connected, the flat is also situated few minutes walk to Hackney Marshes which makes it great for outdoors lovers (outdoors walks and activities). There is a street secured bike garage literally in front the flat (we are cyclists too).
The room comes furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and shelves.
The price is all bills included (+ fast Broadband), Dishwasher and Washing machine equipped.
(short term and Part-time (Mon to Fri) happily considered, longer term considered too.
Happy with someone older than us (we are both 38, males, easy going and respectful of each other personal space) our previous flatmates was in his 50s and it worked out very well. Feel free to contact us if any question or for a visit.
