I’m looking for a housemate to share a two bedroom, two bathroom first floor and second floor home with a sunny garden. Less than a 10 minute walk to Walthamstow station in the much loved Hilltop area, the flat is in an amazing location with Lloyd Park only a few minutes away and Walthamstow Village just around the corner.

The upstairs bedroom is a bright and airy, large attic conversion that comes unfurnished and fits a double bed. The room is quiet and peaceful with two skylight windows and another large window with views out over London and into the city. There is also extra storage with eaves along one side of the room. The private bathroom is on the same floor and only a year old, with a large, powerful shower unit and stylish tiles with built-in storage.

The house was renovated last year with new carpets and fittings, and has a large living room at the front of the house, with space for a desk, and a big kitchen at the back of the house that leads onto the spiral staircase down to the garden.

The flat is fully furnished with modern furniture in the communal areas, but open to the option to also bring furniture.

That flat is on a quiet and safe tree-lined road, in the sought after Hilltop area, with friendly neighbours and all the shops and supermarkets you need in Walthamstow just 10 minutes away. Walthamstow Village is a 5 minute walk from the flat with fantastic pubs, tapas, pizza, coffee shops and Eat 17 restaurant and supermarket. God’s Own Junkyard and Wildcard Brewery is close by too.

Kings Cross and Oxford Circus are just 20/30 mins away on the always speedy Victoria Line - or you can cycle/walk into Leytonstone, Leyton, Blackhorse Road, Hackney and the Olympic Park/ Westfield which are all just a stone's throw away too. Walthamstow Overground goes into Liverpool Street via Hackney Downs and Clapton in just 15 minutes and also connects to the Gospel Oak line. We have Epping Forest only 10 minutes away, as well as Hollow Ponds and Walthamstow Wetlands, perfect for continuing any lockdown walking habits.

I have lived in East London for the last 5 years, having been in London for 14 years all together. I moved here from Hackney two years ago and love Walthamstow, the Village and the local green spaces with Lloyd Park at the end of the road.

I am looking for a single person to share this amazing, well maintained house with me. I am a very tidy person and love to keep the house looking great so hoping I can find someone who treats this as their home too. I work in PR and am working from home but like to cook and relax in front of the TV or get out and about in the evenings/weekends.

Rent is £950 per month excluding bills (which will be roughly £120) and the room is available from the end of September.
