Less than 20 mins to Oxford Circus and 15 mins to Liverpool St. The flat is right next to the shopping centre, so close to shops/amenities, bars and restaurants. The flat itself is big and modern. The kitchen, dining and living room are all open plan. The bathroom is large with a bath and a separate shower.

The bedroom is very large, built in wardrobes and also a patio that is for this bedroom only.

You'll live with two women, both are professionals, so professionals preferred.

Bills are not included. Currently the existing tenants put in £84.50 each per month in for bills. And council tax is an extra £61 per month.
