Single room available from Nov 5th for £560/month. The house share is in the heart of Walthamstow Village - a total of 3 people will be in the house.

The room is 2.3mx2.1m and has a small double bed (180cmx120cm) plus a big wardrobe (100cm width, 195cm high, 55cm deep)

A gem of East London, Walthamstow Village is the place to live. Within a 2 min walk you have access to a range of al fresco restaurants, gastro bars, cool coffee and independent shops.

The house is a 10 min walk to Walthamstow Central Station which is at the start of the Victoria line and is situated in Zone 3. The tube will take you into Central London within 20 minutes. A train also runs to Liverpool Street station which takes just over 15 min. The town centre itself has the famous market and an array of shops, restaurants and a cinema (with a theatre soon to come).

The house itself is a brick fronted terraced house with 3 bedrooms and has wood flooring throughout the ground floor. New carpets were also fitted in the bedrooms. There is one bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, and a second bathroom with a toilet and sink.

The house will be shared with me and one other professional. I own the house with a friend (they live elsewhere) and have been in the area for a while. I used to be a teacher but have had to stop due to multiple sclerosis.

The room is furnished and would suit a single working professional, either male or female. The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electric, Virgin broadband and council tax). This is a wonderful area in which to live, socialise and perhaps commute!

The garden has an array of fruit growing and is the perfect private sun trap to spend the evening although unfortunately we've just left the summer behind!

Finally there is also a kitten in the house for those who like, or might not like to live with a cat!
