We are offering a spacious single bedroom in the Walworth-Kennington area, just off a dozen options of buses and Kennington tube station. It is furnished (twin bed, small built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, and an extra storage covert which doubles as wardrobe) and has great illumination.

We're all students and professionals and are looking for a likely-minded flatmate. The house has 1 and a half bathrooms to be shared by a total of 5 flatmates, a backyard/garden, a small common-room and a large kitchen. The place is in a central location with perfect connections to central London, UCL, King's College, and several universities:

- South Bank University and London College of Communication (UaL): 15 min by foot.
- ALL King's College campuses and LSE: 15 to 20 min by foot and/or transport.
- UCL/Birkbeck: 6 Northern line tube stations to Goodge Street (25 min total)

Neighbourhood:
- Plenty of super market options 5 to 10 minutes by foot (East Street Market, 2 Tescos, Morrison's, 2 Icelands, M&S, and plenty of local options open all night long).
