Beautiful, Central En-Suite in Modern Flat

I am a Swedish Londoner, late twenties, working in the creative industries, and I am looking for a short term tenant for my second bedroom (three months: Aug-Oct)

You would share my flat, which is a modern 2 bed/2 bath flat close to Elephant&Castle. It is perfectly located for city workers, as it's very close to London Bridge, Canary Wharf and London City. You can go by bike (bike room in the building) , and buses stop right outside on the high street. The nearest tube stations are Elephant&Castle and Kennington.

You would have a double room with a double bed, a door out to the balcony (with views of the London Eye, ST Paul's, the Shard) and storage space. It is currently used as my guest room. Your bathroom is opposite your bedroom and has a bath tub with shower, sink and toilet. My room is at the end of the hallway and I have an en-suite with a shower.
There is an open plan kitchen and living room with a big dining room table, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room has a pull out corner sofa, two armchairs, a rocking chair and a TV with DVD player. The flat is lovely and bright and I love living here. I know all my neighbours and it's a really nice atmosphere in the building. We have a shared courtyard. This flat is on the fifth floor.

I teach and run my own business from a studio close to home. I love my flat and like to feel comfortable and cozy at home. I am clean and neat and would love for you to be the same.
