[SHORT LET] Zone1-2 Studio near elephant & castle

I'm going to have a short trip to other country so I would like to rent out the studio. I have lived here almost 2years then I can bet how this studio is great compared to price.

This is a studio for short let (09/12/19~08/01/20)
It is all furnished and ALL BILLS included too! (ex, water, wifi, electricity...) Also, it has your own kitchen and shower room w toilet and big balcony as well. There is 2 other flatmates in the building but the rooms is studio so you will rarely see them. It is doesn't matter you are student or professional but NO PARTYING and need to copy your identify card and visa(if u have). Fortunately, I look forward to stay here from September. This means you can use my kitchen equipments such as pot or flying pan.

1. 220pound per week including ALL bills

2. Available date: 09/12/19 ~ 08/01/20 only
- Not available for Long term rent
- You should be ready for copy any visa or identify card unless it is not able to rent it

- 7min walk to Poundland, Morrison, Boots and Costa.
- 15min walk to Elephant&Castle or Kennington station
- 10min walk to bus station (12,176,148,68,171....)
