Room for rent in Elephant & Castle

Hi there! We are Lucía, Dani and Manuel. Lucía is leaving, so we have a nice and spacious bedroom available in a 3 room flat.
The flat is on the sixth floor, with incredible views of London. There is no living room, but the atmosphere in the house is nice and friendly.
We also have a spacious kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and a balcony.
The room faces south, so it has plenty of light during the day. The double-size bed, the big sofa, and the wardrobes are all included.
We are 10 minutes away from the Elephant & Castle and Kennington underground stations, and 2 minutes from Walworth Road, with various supermarkets and bus stops. We are 20-25 minutes by bus to the city centre.
We are looking for someone to be in the current contract with us since the 11th of October, ideally with a full-time job or someone who can have their own guarantor.
The existing flatmates are Spanish.
Bills not included, between £60 and £80, depending on the month. These include Council Tax, water, wifi, gas and electricity.
A deposit will be made at the beginning of the contract and returned after this one ends.
