Oct - Dec: Bright room 5 mins from Kennington Tube

I'm spending 3 months away doing research so am subletting my room out from October to late December, exact dates negotiable. My flatmate is a female lawyer and we're only looking for a female or non-binary tennant.

The room has a high ceilings and is very bright with a window facing onto a park. There is a large bed with a dresser, side table and storage space under the bed. It's a small room but the size of the common areas of the flat makes up for it!

The apartment is bright and airy with a large combined kitchen living area. The bathroom has been recently retiled and the shower works really well which is something that's very important to me in an apartment. :)

We both cook a lot so the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you could want and there's a projector in the living room on which you can watch movies or netflix.

It's 5 minutes walk from Kennington tube station and 20 from Elephant and Castle. There's a santander bike stand nearby, a nice pub at the end of the road and the park you can see from the window is only a couple of minutes walk away. There are lots of shops 10 minutes walk away on Walworth road.
